WHY SHOULD YOU TAKE CASEIN PROTEIN BEFORE BEDTIME?

Work out more regularly but don't work out too long...

Work out more consistently but don't over train...

Eat in a surplus to gain muscle mass but not too much or you'll gain too much body fat...

Eat in a deficit to lose body fat but not too much of a deficit or you'll lose muscle mass...

Don’t rest for too long in between sets or the rest time won't help you reach your goal...
