What Happens When A Strength Trainer Meets A HIIT Trainer…

The Health And Confidence Coach (Leeza) and I met to swap notes with our different workout sessions. The mix-up was a refreshing lease of life to what had been some slightly stale home workouts for the both of us. Lockdown had left us both a little less than excited about home exercises. Looking at the same 4 walls during yet another living room workout, for what seemed like a never-ending loop of squats, press ups, and lunges.

Having the chance to see Leeza was exciting, I got to see how a HIIT Lifestyle coach does fitness and we mixed things up with giant sets, pulses, and a quick tempo that got my heart rate up enough to know that my body was being kickstarted to body fat loss victory.

Her upbeat energy and cool but calm style had me quickly swayed to try something new, reminding me what getting outside of my comfort zone really felt like. Energising my weekend and setting me up for productivity.

It was a nice reminder how much can be achieved in a short workout session without demanding so much time. All it takes is a health and confidence coach like Leeza and a strong will to improve and become better.
